A subscription can be taken out by all customers who do not purchase these products as consumers (within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (the German Civil Code)), but as part of a
- commercial activity or
- independent professional activity.
This is the case, for example, if you purchase the subscription for a company, an organization, a public authority or for your freelance work.
